LBC has been developing a wonderful leadership initiative called our Youth Teaching Assistant Program. Our YTA Program allows older students to help assist our coaches in classes for younger students. YTAs develop strong leadership skills by leading warmups, aiding in small group work, and sometimes even teaching parts of lessons. In order to be considered as a YTA, students must have taken classes with us before.

 

We are currently looking for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors to assist as YTAs for our Middle School STAR Performing Arts Camp. If your child is interested in being a YTA, please reach out to najah@leadersbychoicelbc.com.
